The Training for Jobs Initiative doesn’t mean that we will provide jobs to all trainees and this is impossible. In fact, WEC or partners don’t provide jobs to unsuccessful job applicants. Apart from the training and recommendation to the advanced support jobs, we are a company of equal opportunities and our recruitment process is highly fair. In few words, it’s a self-service job offering where all depend on the applicants’ performance. What is the difference between us with other institutions, we are regularly absorbing a good number of new remote technical support staff every month.
No Job Guarantee
Don’t confuse our training with job guarantee. We don’t and will never guarantee jobs. Our Graduates must always fulfil the employers recruitment process and meet their requirements. We only fulfil their skills gaps for some specific jobs and recommend them for the same. In few words, it’s a self-service job offering where all depend on the applicants’ performance during recruitment examinations.

As such, it is mandatory that applicants meet the B2 English level (75%) requirement as a preliminary step. It is hence advisable to be tested earlier and be within our talent pool as a proactive measure.
