Eligibility Requirement for PMI-RMP ®
- Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or the global equivalent)
- 36 months of project risk management experience within the last 5 years
- 40 hours of project risk management education
OR
- Four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent)
- 24 months of project risk management experience within the last 5 years
- 30 hours of project risk management education
OR
- Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree from a GAC accredited program(bachelor’s or master’s degree or global equivalent)
- At least 12 months spent in the specialized area of professional project risk management within the last five consecutive years
- 30 contact hours of formal education in the specialized area of project risk management
